This year’s leaf cutter bees from Kind Bee Farms are hatching! We had several hatch a few days ago and then they flew off when I put the cocoon box in the sun. That seemed to wake many of the cocoons up and you can hear them munching the pollen caps in their cocoons.

Leaf cutter bees are great pollinators, not aggressive and solitary. Great for gardens!
