Everyone has a go-to restaurant dish, and Chinese Lemon Chicken is one of my absolute favorites. I've been craving its delicious flavors lately, so here's an easy and incredibly tasty recipe for you to enjoy at home, without the need to go out!
Ingredients:
500g. Chicken Breast Fillet, sliced
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 pack Maggi Magic Sarap
Black pepper
1 Tbsp. Chinese Rice Wine
1 pc. Egg whites
⅓ cup Potato starch
Water to adjust
Oil, for frying
½ cup Water
1 tsp. Lemon zest
1 whole Lemon juice
1 Tbsp. Soy sauce
1 Tbsp. Maggi Magic Sarap
6 Tbsp. White sugar
1 Tbsp. Potato starch
Oil, for sautéing
3 cloves Garlic, minced
(Sauce Mixture)
Salt & pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. Butter
Garnish:
Lemon slices
Chopped parsley
