I’m Ryan Johnson. I run the Youtube channel Intermittent Fasting with Ryan. I have struggled with my weight my entire life and have followed many yo-yo diet plans and lost weight, only to put it back on. In 2020 I committed to a slow and steady approach with intermittent fasting and have lost the weight and kept it off. I’m Just a regular guy trying to get off of yo-yo diets.
