Training and Mission 1 of the 1998 PlayStation game Tenchu.
I loved this game back in 1998, and it's still quite enjoyable. The stealth gameplay is satisfying, although the movement and combat can be a bit frustrating at times. I love the graphics and music - Acquire did a great job despite the limitations of the platform.
