Stretch 1:
Partner one lies flat while partner two folds one of their legs onto the chest & presses down. Partner one should breathe slowly & deeply here.
Stretch 2:
Fold partner one's ;leg so that their feet are resting near the knee of the other leg. Hold down on their outstretched arm while partner two gently twists the body until the folded knee touches the ground or maximum stretch is achieved
Stretch 3:
Partner one sits in child's pose while partner two sits on their back & gently lies down, extending their arms & legs until a full stretch is achieved
