You have to be quick if you don't want to get more than four cardiac arrests, and the vitals will plummet quite a bit. Not to mention how dumb it is that I didn't get a "COOL" on suturing that big-ass wound. I guess I made the sutures a bit too wide or something, but it's needlessly difficult to pull off a "COOL" on that cut. Whatever.

My advice: when the operation starts, take care of the surrounding wounds before you touch the steel beam. Once you start pulling it out, ventricular fibrillation will periodically occur. Hopefully, the RNG gods won't be hard on you....
