Cashew milk is our absolute favourite plant based milk for the sole reason that it does not require straining. It’s amazing how just 1 cup can give you over 1 litre of goodness. I don’t need to talk too much about the nutrition side of things. Here, I show you how to make cashew milk three ways. Plain, strawberry flavoured and chocolate flavoured. They all taste good.
Plain cashew milk
1 cup toasted cashew nut soaked overnight
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp maple syrup
Pinch of salt
4 cups of water
Strawberry cashew milk
1 cup toasted cashew nut soaked overnight
1 cup strawberries
2 tbsps maple syrup
