I woke up in the middle of the night to a dog barking and realized "drinking bone broth is had actually been breaking my fast!" **CRAP!!!!! So I was essentially just doing major calorie deficit keto intermittent fasting.
Do you know what this means? I have to try this again!

I realized that I hadn't even questioned it. But why? Because I'd heard the term "bone broth fast" many times before.
But that's a total misnomer, isn't it? It's really just a "bone broth CLEANSE", isn't it?
