Very soft and delicious castella cake recipe

Ingredients

60 ml milk
50 ml cooking oil
70g cake flour (or all-purpose flour)
4 large eggs (separated yolks and whites)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tsp lemon juice or 1/2 tsp white vinegar
70g of sugar

Baine marie method.
Bake at 150°c for 50 minutes down heat,
and 10 minutes up and down heat.
