Rare footage of Orcas filmed in Baja California, Mexico shows them knocking out stingrays with their tail. Stingrays are a diet staple for some orca populations, but they can also be dangerous.

Their spines, or barbs, can easily injure a young killer whale that doesn’t have experience taking a ray down. They produce venom, which can be fatal to humans. Nevertheless, the killer whales in the video know exactly what they're doing to avoid being stung.
