In this video today, I'm going to talk to you about why stretches are bad for sciatica pain relief.
I've been helping people out with sciatica problems for years now. I've seen people try all kinds of different stretches. And of course, they end up going to physical therapy because it didn't work out for them.
At best, they get short term relief, which is okay for getting you through the night so that you can sleep or maybe getting you through a part of the day without having to take pain medications. Or maybe it's enough to just keep you away from getting into the doctor's office or going to the emergency room, so that you can just be comfortable for a bit.
