Serradura is a famous Portuguese dessert in all Portuguese homes including Goa, India and Macao, China.
RECIPES: (Yield 4 servings)
200ml Marie cookies
250ml condensed milk
500ml whipping cream
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
STEPS:
1 - Break cookies in a blender or other method, to a dust finish and place in a bowl when done.
2 - In a separate bowl, add whipping cream and whip until stiff peaks
3 - Add vanilla extract and condensed milk to the whipping cream and fold the ingredients together.
4 - Start layering your cups equally starting with a whipping cream layer
5 - Last layer at top, add your favorite candy or simple use Marie's cookies.
6 - Chill in the fridge for 4 hours.
