TEACHER DEMO. This lively Christmas song is on p.8 of Alfred's Adult Christmas Hits Level 1. This piano arrangement was composed by Martha Mier, but the original was composed by Johnny Marks in the early 1960's. Burl Ives recorded it for "Rudolph the Red-Nosed Reindeer" in 1964. Rudolph is the longest running TV special in history and airs faithfully each holiday season featuring many songs that have become classic Christmas favorites.
I like to play the eighth notes with a long/short rhythm and I drop the final measure. (I thought it sounded better without a repeat of those final notes.)
