For Cheesy Muffin Topped Beef Stew
preheat oven 150c bake for 15-20 till golden brown on top
1 medium onion
2 carrots
1 celery stick
2 cloves of garlic
500g diced Beef
1 tbps butter
1tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp white pepper
1 tsp mixed herbs
1 tbps tomato paste
2 1/2 tbps plain flour
1 beef stock cube
boiling water
1tbps Worcestershire sauce
1 plumb tomato and 3 tbps of the tomato juice
for muffin top
225g plain flour
3 tsp baking powder
pinch salt
pinch thyme
pinch rosemary
pinch white pepper
2 handfuls grated cheddar cheese
1 handful of grated cheddar to sprinkle on top
2 tbps olive oil
150ml of milk enough to form a soft dough
