蝦仁蛋炒飯
材料:
白飯1碗、蝦仁100克、雞蛋2顆、蔥花30公克
調味料
鹽1/2茶匙、白胡椒粉1/4茶匙
作法:
1.煮一鍋滾水,蝦仁洗淨去腸泥後,下鍋汆燙至熟撈起備用。
2.熱鍋倒入適量的油,關小火加入打散的雞蛋,快速拌炒成蛋絲,加入白飯與作法1的蝦仁,開大火拌炒,拌炒均勻。
3.續作法2,再加入蔥花與所有調味料,拌炒至米飯鬆散有香味即可。
Shrimp and Egg Fried Rice
Ingredients:
1 bowl of cooked white rice, 100g shrimp, 2 eggs, 30g chopped scallions
Seasonings:
1/2 teaspoon salt, 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
Instructions:
Boil a pot of water, wash and devein the shrimp, blanch them in the boiling water until cooked, then remove and set aside.
Heat a wok or pan with some oil over low heat, add beaten eggs and quickly stir-fry into scrambled eggs. Add cooked rice and the blanched shrimp from step 1, turn up the heat and stir-fry until well mixed.
Add chopped scallions and all the seasonings from step 2, stir-fry until the rice is fragrant and loose.
