How to fit a duel fuel towel rail. The video shown is for an electric element in the towel rail and connection to the water. Also this system shows how to connect to your pipework in order to have a warm towel rail when the hot water is on. The heating is not required. For those of you with Combi boilers this will not be possible but you can still connect up a towel rail
