Sham Chaurasi Gharana is a Gharana (a family's style of singing) in Hindustani classical music known for the singing of vocal duets. It is also known as the cradle of dhrupad. It is one of the four singing gharanas of Punjab; the other three are Patiala, Talwandi, and Kapurthala. It is most notably represented in modern times by the brother's Ustad Nazakat Ali Khan and Ustad Salamat Ali khan.
Ustad Shahzad Ali Khan
Ustad 'Shahzad Ali Khan' was born in Lahore, Pakistan and comes from the famous Shamchaurasi Gharana, a well-known Gharana of legendary Sufi singers with the likes of Ustad Salamat Ali Khan, Ustad Nazakat Ali Khan, Ustad Zakir Ali Khan, Ustad Akhtar Ali Khan, Ustad Niaz Hussain Shami, Ustad Imtiaz Ali Khan, and Ustad Riaz Ali Khan. His father Ustad Imtiaz Ali Khan taught him several musical genres and singing styles of the Indian classical tradition like khayal, thumri, Kafi, ghazal, and Sufi. He has performed abroad, and at the present lives and works as a music teacher in the Netherlands. He is specializing in voice modulation.

Ehsan Sehgal is a Dutch-Pakistani poet, author, journalist, scholar, and founding chairman of the Muslim United Nations. He served in the Pakistan Army and received War Medal from the Pakistan Army. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts and Master of Arts in literature, and also a Bachelor of Law degree from Karachi University. He has published poetry, quotes books in Urdu and English and Dutch as well
