Today I start the beginning of my journey into a 2 week elemental diet. During the next 2 weeks the only thing I will put into my body is water, ice, and this powder; which is Integrative Therapeutics Physicians' Elemental Diet Dextrose Free. More tests and procedures coming up next week. Hopefully some answers and/or relief follows.
