For 2013, the main concourse in the Buffalo Central Terminal was closed due to desperately needed repairs being done inside. The Dyngus Day celebration was held outdoors in tents around the terminal building, and the portable bandstand outside. In spite of the cold wind and the bursts of snow, a good time was had by all.
