Speed build of a a pretty big house for a family that I built on a 20x30 lot on the beautiful island in Windenburg! The home has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and fits 4+ sims. It has a cute wintergarden/sunroom/greenhouse sort of room attached to the house and a nice backyard with a pool! I hope you all like the build, you can download it on my gallery page! :)
