Heres my Chicken Detox Soup! (Recipe Below)! My husband and I ate only this in addition to a protein shake and black coffee for three days. Its loaded with vitamins and minerals and should give your immune system a boost!

RECIPE:
Ingredients:
3 pounds boneless skinless chicken breast
4 quarts chicken broth * Add more if you see fit
2 large onions
1 Head of Cabbage
6 cups broccoli florets
4 cups sliced carrots
4 cups chopped celery
3 cups frozen peas
1 cup chopped parsley
3 tablespoons ginger
8 garlic cloves minced
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
Salt & pepper
Directions:
* Cook chicken in crockpot in 4 quarts of chicken broth (4 hours on high) and then shred.
* Set a large pan (I use a dutch oven) over medium heat. Add the olive oil, chopped onions, celery, and ginger. Saute for 5-6 minutes to soften. Add Garlic last 2 minutes. Transfer to stock pot.
* Transfer shredded chicken to stock pot with chicken broth and add additional 4 quarts.
* Bring to a boil and add carrots, apple cider vinegar, crushed red pepper, and turmeric., let cook for 15 minutes.
* Once carrots are soft, Add the broccoli, peas, and parsley to the pot. Continue to simmer to soften the broccoli. Approximately 10 - 15 minutes)
* Add chopped cabbage and let soften for 10 minutes
-- I found that I could have used more liquid once soup cooled and absorbed some of it. Add an addition 4 cups of broth or water if you see fit!
