A few weeks after U41 drop we know now that the Morrowing Banner fo the 6th House Robe wasnt the only item ZOS changed in drop rate. They as well made the rarest and most tricy Blueprint, the "Praxis: Khajiit Brazier, Enchanted" now a common drop within wardrobes, trunks etc.
Im still baffled that none of these changes were put into Patch Notes and made completely secret.
