This is one of the fastest ways to remove the felt, adhesive, and square up the end of a Wurlitzer 120, 140, and 200. This will work on any wood damper that has a square mounting surface. Secondly, I used some diamond pads from the concrete finishing arena to do a quick demo of contouring a hammer. This was just a quick display and the actual sanding takes longer, but not that long. Everyone else is using the Dremel tool but I found it unstable and way too aggressive. These diamond pads work great for newbies' because they take off a little at a time, and they just don't wear out. I cut the gray one on a slant with a band saw to get into tight places. The band saw complained a little going thru the diamond, but made a nice cut with no raspy edge! Amazing! I also contoured the holding edge of the pad so it was easier to handle long-term. Lastly, Thank You Vintage Vibe for providing the YouTube videos, parts, and confidence to DYI my first Classic Keyboard! Enjoy Scotty
