Newly released body camera video shows Oregon State Police (OSP) troopers firing back at a double-murder suspect on the side of Interstate 5 in April.
The suspect was also accused of abducting his 1-year-old son from eastern Washington, prompting an Amber Alert and a freeway chase in Oregon.
