In the future, e-commerce will move into two different categories. On the one hand, customers want faster and faster deliveries: some items are just very urgent. On the other hand, there are some orders for which we are happy to wait a few days. It would be great if companies could bundle those non-urgent orders into a ‘once a week’ delivery. This would have a huge impact on climate, transport systems, stress, etc.
