One of my favorite parts about being a realtor in Nashville is getting to meet so many people who are moving here from all over the world.

And since many of them can’t be here in person to look a properties, one of the best ways I can help them go beyond the listing photos is to go and tour properties for them and show them with a video or a FaceTime call!

I’ll drive around the area, show them the neighborhood, give them my professional opinion and answer any questions they have along the way!

I even try to show them the nearest shopping areas, groceries, restaurants and more to give them the best feel for an area and really communicate with them as much as possible so they feel as informed as they want to be!

It’s just a great way to serve my clients well and I love it so much!
