If your smartTV has no sound and you could not find any solution, you should check out the sound options and tick off the TruBass HDX selection (in the case of Hisense TV) or other selection on the list. Do one at at time and it most likely will solve your problem! Make sure to plug in your external speaker or bluetooth speaker in the first place to ensure the sound card works fine. Then disconnect the speaker and use TV speaker to proceed.
