Make your dinner in a flash with this pan seared lamb chops. Dinner will be on the table in just a moment or two with these simple to cook lamb chops.
I love to catch lamb chops when they are for sale at the grocery store. You can prepare them literally in about 5 to 7 minutes. Serve this up with a vegetable or two and you have an excellent meal.
You will need:
lamb chops
salt
olive oil or other vegetable oil
Heat a pan to medium-high. Salt lamb chops on both sides, sear each side of the lamb chop for about 2 to 3 minutes for medium-rare, if you like them more thoroughly cooked add another minute or two.
