This is my go-to pizza dough recipe, all done at room temperature and will be ready for the next night if you make it just before bed.
Start at 11pm, set and forget to lunchtime the next day. Then mix, leave and let rise again for dinner time.

You just need 350g 00 flour
1/8th tea spoon of yeast
cup of water
Next day add 18g salt
another 350g 00 flour
cup of water
Mix and you will love it. So good! Leave at room temp, no chilling or you ruin it.
