The fully automatic KHS Innokeg AF-C Transversal line combines all process steps from quick depalletizing through reliable washing to keg racking and palletizing and is suitable for practically all standard market returnable and non-returnable kegs.
The pallets are quickly and flexibly loaded and unloaded on the fully automatic line with the help of a six-axis articulated robot. The transversal pre- and main washers produce outstanding cleaning results – not least because the kegs undergo a number of consecutive washing steps. A further plus point when it comes to reliability are the exact filling results yielded by the KHS Direct Flow Control process.
Besides providing easy access, with little effort involved for maintenance and repairs, the fully automatic transversal line proves especially convincing in that all format parts are automatically adjusted to the keg diameter and height. This makes KHS’ entire transversal line very flexible and means that no operator activity is required during keg changeovers.
The KHS Innokeg AF-C Transversal line is not only reliable – as is to be expected from KHS plant engineering – but is also particularly efficient and saves time. Its modular concept also allows it to be very flexibly expanded from an output of 200 to 500 kegs per hour.
