Rasik belongs to a Gujarati family. He got married to Actress ketki Dave. The couple Had two Children- daughter Riddhi Dave and son Abhishek Dave.

Actress Sarita Joshi was his mother in law. and Actress Purbi Joshi was his sister in law.
