inquirED offers an Elementary Social Studies curriculum that requires students to use claims, evidence and reasoning. Claims, Evidence, and Reasoning (CER) - these are the main components of an argument. And applying the CER framework is an important inquiry skill - one that will help students develop their own arguments and evaluate the claims and arguments of others.
