In this video, I cook khachapuri in a pan!
They are very easy and quick to prepare. It turns out very tasty. And dough without yeast․
It takes me about 40 minutes to cook. Khachapuri will be both a quick breakfast and can become a dinner or lunch.
Here is the recipe ↓↓↓
For test։
• 7 tbsp matsoni /or yogurt/
• 7*3 = 21 tbsp flour + 4 tbsp extra
• 1 tbsp vegetable oil
• 1 hour spoon of soda /can be baking powder/
• 1 hour spoon of salt and a pinch of granulated sugar
Mix everything and let stand for 10-15 minutes. By this time, you can prepare the filling.
For the filling, we take 400 g of suluguni / you can use any one that you like best / and rub it on a coarse grater. We prepare 7 balls from nachiki․
After 15 minutes, take the dough, divide into 7 parts.
