Ingredients:
• 8 dry figs chopped
• 6 dates pitted and chopped
• ½ cup yoghurt/curd
• 1 cup milk
Instructions:
Take all above ingredients in the blender jar and blend it smooth and it is ready to serve.
Note:
1. You can adjust quantity of dates as per your requirement.
2. You can use 1 cup of low fat milk or 1/2 cup of full cream milk and 1/2 cup of water.
3. You can add ice cubes to make it cold milkshake.
