For the longest time I could NOT get myself to journal consistently. I would buy a super cute journal, start it, do great in writing in it for about a week and then…. Crickets. Can you relate? It’s helped me so much in dealing with everyday stress, but is also SO helpful when breaking food rules and learning to practice intuitive eating!
