Chester the false killer whale is proving himself to be a true West Coaster – one who enjoys the rain.
Chester -- who was rescued in July from a Tofino beach by a team from the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Mammal Rescue Centre -- is playing in raindrops dripping from the tarp over his habitat at the Vancouver Aquarium Marine Mammal Rescue Centre. The calf is now estimated to be about five to six months old. This footage was shot by Rescue Centre volunteers Leanne Scherp and Susannah Street.
