Can you make an entire baked cheesecake with only 4 ingredients? We sure did!!! We followed Alvin as he takes on the challenge to recreate a classic dessert with limited items. Ingredients for making Cheesecake in the video:
2 sleeves graham crackers
2 cans sweetened condensed milk (1 /2 for crust, 1 1/2 for filling)
4 8-oz packs of cream cheese
2 lemons

Instructions for making Cheesecake with only 4 ingredients:
- First grind up with gram crackers in a blender
- Then pour in your condensed milk
- Now pour the mixture into a cake form
- Flatten our the mixture at the bottom of the cake form, making your pie crust
- Bake in the oven at 350F for 15 minutes
- Now in a large bowl add all of your cream cheese
- And blend with a handheld mixer
- Now add the rest of your condensed milk to the bowl
- Continue mixing with your handheld blender
- Now grate some lemon zest into the bowl
- And squeeze the lemon juice out of one lemon
- Continue mixing with your handheld blender
- Now pour the cream cheese mixture into the cake form
- Bake in the oven at 300F for 1.5 hours
- Let cool and your baked cheesecake is ready to eat!
