Dick Whittington was Lord Mayor four times - informs a voiceover - and his house was burned in the Great Fire of London, but the old wine cellars underneath were saved. Moreover, the wine is still bottled there in the same old way.

Cellar man, Mr Albert Freeman, believes that the ancient way of bottling by candlelight is still the best way. M/S of Mr Freeman as he takes a new bottle, smells it and places it under a little tap.
