‘The City where the houses don’t sleep’ is one of the nicknames that the city of Sibiu in Transylvania has been given.
Many of the houses in this city have eye shaped windows on their roofs, legend has it that the eyes were built to frighten people and give them the constant feeling of being watched by the authorities… but is it true?
