We purchased a jersey bull calf at 3 months old and raised him for food on our small farm. It was a great experience! We are still enjoying the fruits of our labor several months after having him butchered. In this video I show you how much meat we ended up with and I even cook the very first pound of ground beef and try my first bite of it in front of you.
