3 egg yolks

vanillin
For cream:
3 egg whites (90 g)
180 g sugar
50 ml hot water
1/4 teaspoon citric acid (or lemon juice)

Any jam with sourness.

Chicken drumstick in sour cream sauce.
Marinate the drumstick in your favorite spices and salt.
Fry the onion and add 1 tablespoon of flour.
Mix 200 grams of sour cream with 200 ml. water and add to the fried onions. Mix everything well, add chicken drumstick and simmer until done. At the end add finely chopped garlic.
