Starting this year on a bhukkad note with this cheesey keema spaghetti that's super easy to make. I'd even go so far as to say that it's a really good date meal --- if you're planning to impress your date by cooking for them! Just follow the steps shown in the video and serve it with any beverage of your choice!
Ingredients:
Mutton Keema
One large onion, pureed
Two medium-sized tomatoes, pureed (you can also use rough-chopped ones if you like a chunkier consistency)
Garlic (3-4 cloves)
Paprika (2 tsp)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (2 tsp)
Oregano (1-2 tsp - based on your preferance)
Chilli Flakes (optional, 1-2 tsp)
Worchestershire sauce (1 tbs)
Spaghetti, al dente (as per package instructions)
1 cup pasta water
1 cup grated mozarella (you can also use parmesan if you're in the mood to treat yourself!)
