35 years ago Sheila Fletcher began making our raw milk sheep's cheese, Berkswell in the kitchen at Ram Hall Dairy.
Today our cheese is one of the best loved cheeses in the UK and around the world. We're very proud to carry on this tradition but today was a special day when Mum, Gran, Sheila joined us to make Berkswell.
