Jamie Gillies, spokesman for the Free to Disagree campaign, says that although problems with the Scottish Government’s Hate Crime Bill have been addressed, more needs to be done before it is fit for purpose. Free to Disagree is calling on MSPs to oppose Part 2 of the Hate Crime Bill and scrutinise the controversial stirring up hatred offences more fully after the May election.
