How to Cook Potatoes for Potato Salad:
Rinse potatoes under cold water to remove any loose soil. Cut into 3/4 inch pieces, place into a stock pot filled with water, bring to a boil and reduce to simmer. Remove once fork-tender, let cool and use in potato salad.
