It’s not often that an artist comes along with a truly unique demeanor, one that stands out as incomparable to the rest of the landscape. Yet North-West London’s Kiko Bun is one of these rare artists, offering a contemporary voice for his generation over music that feels timeless. Kiko has crafted a refreshing and contemporary sound based on the re-emergence of reggae, soul and golden era hip-hop that continues to infiltrate mainstream music. And he recalls "my first ever wallet was Ellesse and I was so proud of it. I remember showing it off to my mates as a little youth. It brings my childhood back". Kiko cites inspirations in Finley Quayle, Cypress Hill, Dennis Brown, James Browny, Omar, King Tubby, and The Heptones. He's listening to Oscar Jerome, D Double E, Swindle, Rebel Kleff and Natty Wyler.
