IMPORTANT PLEASE READ

- By utilizing any of these beats, you are agreeing to the following terms of use regarding sample clearance:

- You cannot content ID your songs using my beats unless you are the exclusive owner of the beat.

1. These beats are NOT royalty free: For any placements, placements with major labels and their affiliates/subsidiaries contact can be made at huesmusic99@gmail.com

2. As long as NO REVENUES are being generated by a project (song, beat, etc.) involving one of these samples, HUES and the sample maker have to be credited in all posts regarding the project. (For proper crediting info head over to point 6.)

3. IF REVENUES are being generated (for example by the song being uploaded on Spotify, Apple Music & other streaming services that pay revenues), HUES will need be contacted AT LEAST 7 DAYS BEFORE the release date. This is ONLY applicable if you or the person you work with are uploading a project including our samples by yourself on the said streaming services. IF somebody buys the beat out of your Beatstore, you do NOT have to reach out since a lease has already been sold and YOU and HUES ALREADY have received their cut.

4. If a beat containing any of these samples is being put on a Beatstore (Beatstars / Traktrain) or sold directly, ONLY HUES HAS to be tagged as a collaborator (getting 50% of the sale). (We split our cut with our samplemakers by ourselves.)

5. ALL loops made by HUES CANNOT be used for "FREE FOR PROFIT" type beats.

6. Credit is always required whenever a song is posted to any streaming platform, YouTube included: "(prod. by HUES)”

7. Redistributing the beats by themselves is prohibited.
