This video focuses on the base of the bag, where the technique for making a circle is used. This technique can also be used to make baskets, mats and blankets.
The Pattern for the circle can be seen below.
First Round: Magic ring, 8 double crochets (dc)
Second round: 2 dc (x8)
Third round: 1 dc, 2dc (x8)
Fourth round: 1dc, 1dc, 2dc (x8)
Fifth round: 2dc, 1dc, 1dc, 1dc (x8)
Sixth round: 1dc, 1dc, 1dc, 1dc, 2sc (x8)
