to make ceviche you need
254 g of cooked shrimp
575 g of imitation crab
 2 cucumbers
 One bunch, cilantro, half a bunch parsley, optional
 4-5 Roman tomatoes
 1/2 red onion
3-4 green onion
4-5  celery, sticks, thin
 one jalapeño
 half a cup, preferably lime juice, or lemon juice, if not available to soak the crab and the shrimp
 2 cans of V-8 100% vegetable juice, low sodium 5.5 fluid ounce each.
 salt and pepper to taste
tajin  or chili powder
 garlic or garlic powder is optional to add as well not included in the video. Personal preference
 half a cup lime juice preferred or lemon juice mixed with lime juice to add into the mix
 cover and refrigerate for two hours to marinate and become juicy
you can enjoy it with your favorite hot sauce
