Ready to get a good cardio burn in only 10 minutes? This jump rope workout follows the EMOM format, which stands for every minute on the minute.

Here’s the rundown:
Minute A:
⚪ 20 Double Unders with the 1/2 LB Jump Rope
🔥 5 Burpees
⏸️ Rest for the remainder of the minute
Minute B:
🟢 100 Jumps (Step of your choice) with the 1/4 LB Jump Rope
🔥 5 Jump Squats
⏸️ Rest for the remainder of the minute
You’ll be alternating between these minute blocks for 10 rounds!
